Job Title: Roll Off Truck Driver
Reports to: Route Supervisor/ Operations Manager

Essential Duties:

1. Operate (drive) equipment in a safe and productive manner to service customers
2. Operate and maintain the equipment (trucks) in a manner that prevents equipment down time
3. Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety and maintenance procedures
4. Collect garbage and transport loads to disposal sites
5. Timely completion of jobs assigned by supervisor
6. Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle
7. Provide service level that meets with customer satisfaction
8. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Must be able to operate trucks that are equipped with hydraulic lifting devices
2. Must successfully pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
3. Must meet Company’s Motor Vehicle Record standards
4. Driver must have a minimum Class B CDL
5. Must be able to read, write, spell, and communicate clearly in English

Physical Requirements:

1. Body position: standing, sitting, bending, climbing and stooping
2. Body movements: carrying up to 30 lbs., use of hands, eyes, arms and voice

Working Conditions:

1. All types of weather (rain, cold, field and road environment)
2. Perform daily pre-trip equipment safety checks (i.e. check oil, water, tires, lights, etc.) and post-trip equipment inspection
