Arthur Hook- 2009 Corporate Employee if the Year

Arthur began his career in the waste industry in March 1988. Shortly after Advanced Disposal established in Atlanta, Arthur joined the company in April 2003 working the downtown Atlanta route. Since that time, Arthur has taken responsibility as the lead driver for all Front End routes serviced from the Norcross hauling facility. Arthur does a wonderful job on his route and training other drivers. It is a huge accomplishment to go accident free as long as Arthur has while driving a front-end truck in downtown Atlanta.

When asked about his outstanding safety record, Arthur stated that he keeps his mind focused on the task at hand. "Don’t hurry, don’t speed," he says. Arthur is incident and accident free in his career with Advanced Disposal and his last moving violation was 23 years ago.
