      Advanced Disposal is a proud sponsor of the University of South Alabama's Fifth Annual "GO" Run 5k and Fun Run/Walk. This event was created to benefit Gynecological  Cancer Research at the USA Mitchell Cancer Institute.

      The annual American Pie - 4th of July celebration is fun for the whole family! The event begins on July 4th with a parade, games and a fireworks display. There will also be other activities for all ages to enjoy. Advanced Disposal is proud to be a first time sponsor of this event!

      Advanced Disposal will host its very first 5K run at our flagship landfill – Eagle Point Landfill on October 13 at 3 p.m. Enter the event for a unique opportunity to race around the hill – the landfill that is. Family fun for all will follow the race. There will be awards for winners in each age group. Stay tuned for more information.

      WASTE EXPO 2012 April 30 – May 2, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada
      For over 40 years, WasteExpo has been North America's largest solid waste and recycling tradeshow serving both the private and public sectors. With over 550 exhibiting companies, 40 conference sessions and workshops and over 11,000 total participants, no other show comes close to the size and scope of WasteExpo. More info here.

      Saturday, March 31, 2012 - Lexington’s Sixth Annual Lexington Cleanup (Lexington)
      The town of Lexington’s Sixth Annual Lexington Cleanup is slated for Saturday, March 31. In partnership with Keep the Midlands Beautiful and Advanced Disposal, the Lexington Cleanup challenges schools, neighborhoods, civic organizations, and other groups to restore and beautify areas in their communities.
